The Gardens at Polehanger is a picturesque and private outdoor venue located in Meppershall, Bedfordshire. Set within the charming grounds of Polehanger Farm, this tranquil countryside space offers the perfect backdrop for marquee weddings. With wide open lawns and a relaxed rural setting, it provides the flexibility to design and style your celebration exactly as you envision it.​

Again we have worked with The Gardens at Polehanger, since they opened colaborating with their experienced team to deliver seamless events.

Woodland Hollow is a truly special outdoor venue offering a secluded, natural setting for marquee weddings and private celebrations. This hidden gem combines woodland charm with open countryside views, creating a unique and memorable backdrop for your event. Featuring a magical tree-lined entrance, where twinkling lights guide the way through the evergreen woodland to a spacious meadow overlooking miles of rolling countryside.​

Yet again, we have worked with the team at Woodland Hollow since they started, meaning we have a great working relationship and know the site well.

Set within 120 acres of beautiful Cambridgeshire parkland, Kimbolton Castle offers a truly elegant setting for weddings & private celebrations. The estate features tranquil lakes, woodland, and open green spaces that provide endless opportunities for stunning event layouts and outdoor experiences.

Inside, guests can enjoy the grandeur of the State Rooms, each with its own distinctive character and historic charm, including a remarkable collection of Pellegrini murals.

We are excited to be newly working with this venue and showcased one of our Stretch tents at their Wedding Show in the spring of 2025. 

The Jetty is  a stunning blank canvas lakeside venue. It is a unique and secluded space with stunning views out over the lake. The stand out feature is the rustic decked ceremony area which leads out onto the Jetty, which supports a wedding shelter and idyllic spot to exchange your vows. The shelter was created by a local chainsaw artist and boasts a unique character and style.

2026 will see our Pavilion Yurts at this venue for two weddings which we feel will sit beautifully with their bespoke wooden shelter.

At Mill Farm, couples have the flexibility to hold their official ceremony in the open barn or within the spacious three acre meadow. For those choosing a celebrant led or symbolic ceremony, the entire site becomes available, giving you the freedom to exchange vows in a location that suits your style and vision.

As a marquee hire company that has worked with Brook Farm for many years, we know the space incredibly well and love everything it has to offer.

 

Brook Farm offers a truly impressive setting for outdoor weddings, with celebrations taking place beside a stunning lake complete with a walkway leading to a small island, a standout feature that adds a memorable focal point to any event.

Located in Cuffley, Hertfordshire, Brook Farm benefits from excellent transport connections. It sits just outside the M25 and is conveniently close to the A10 and M11, making it easily accessible for guests travelling from London and surrounding counties.

Although largely operating as a glamping site, North Hill Farm can host weddings too.

Gaddesden Estate offers a collection of unique outdoor wedding locations set around The Golden Parsonage, an elegant 18th-century house at the centre of this historic Hertfordshire estate. In partnership with specialist event coordinators Big Green Space, couples have the freedom to create a celebration that reflects their style.​ It has a number of standout spaces making it an ideal blank canvas for marquee weddings and relaxed countryside receptions.

I grew up near by and Mark and I lived on the Gaddesden Estate just before we were married ourselves, so it has a special place in our hearts.

Evenley Wood Garden offers a secluded setting for couples seeking a natural backdrop for their wedding reception. Set on the edge of the charming village of Evenley in south Northamptonshire, the venue feels wonderfully hidden while still being exceptionally easy to reach.

Surrounded by mature woodland, winding pathways, and seasonal planting, the gardens create a magical atmosphere ideal for outdoor celebrations.

We feel our structures perfectly compliment the natural surroundings and with newly upgraded on-site facilities, the venue is now better equipped than ever for weddings and private gatherings.

Willowbrook features a beautiful tree lined walkway that guides guests through a peaceful copse and down to a dedicated decked ceremony area, ideal for blessings, humanist ceremonies, and non-legal vow exchanges. Pitchcott Farm is a picturesque rural venue set north of Aylesbury, surrounded by 150 acres of rolling hills, open fields, and expansive countryside views. At the heart of the site sits a Victorian five-bedroom farmhouse overlooking a traditional courtyard framed by characterful stable buildings and period architectural features. To the west of the courtyard, a spacious meadow provides the ideal location for marquee or yurt setups, camping areas, and outdoor celebrations, offering flexibility for a wide range of event styles.
